Common use of BID EVALUATION Clause in Contracts

BID EVALUATION. The Professional shall attend a bid-opening conference to be administered by NBU. The Professional shall assist NBU in the opening and analyzing of the bids received for the Project. This includes researching contractor qualifications and references.
