Common use of Authority of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Authority of Tenant. If Tenant is a corporation or partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnership.

Authority of Tenant. If Tenant TENANT is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is they are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipcorporation.

If Tenant TENANT is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipcorporation.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership Tenant represents and warrants that he is duly authorized or she has full authority to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, do so and that this Lease binds the corporation. If Tenant is binding upon said corporation a partnership, each individual executing the Lease for Tenant represents and warrants that he, she or it is a general partner of the partnership, that he, she or it has full authority to sign for the partnership and that this Lease binds the partnership and all general partners of the partnership.

If Tenant TENANT is a corporation corporation, limited liability company or partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation corporation, limited liability company or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation corporation, limited liability company or partnership, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation corporation, limited liability company or partnership.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he (s)he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, in accordance with the bylaws of said corporation or the provisions of a valid partnership agreement and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnership.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation in accordance with its terms. If Tenant is a partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said partnership represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said partnership under the terms of the partnership agreement of said partnership.

Authority of Tenant. (A) If Tenant is a corporation corporation, partnership, joint venture or partnershipunincorporated association, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership such entity represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, such entity and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipsuch entity in accordance with its terms. If this Lease is executed by more than one tenant, Tenant's obligations hereunder shall be the joint and several obligations of each tenant executing this Lease.

Authority of Tenant. If Tenant is a corporation or partnership, each corporation.
