Assignment of Services. The Network User may assign or transfer any or all of the Transmission Services it has subscribed for under this Agreement if the conditions set out in attachment B of the Access Code for Transmission are met.
Assignment of Services. The subrecipient shall not assign any services identified in this proposal to any other agency or party without the written approval of the Michigan Works! Southwest Agency. Anticipated arrangements for subcontracting any services identified in this proposal with another agency shall be clearly and specifically defined in proposal responses, including: -Specific services to be subcontracted, -Agency with whom the subcontract is proposed, -Process of procuring the agency identified, -Period of performance, and -Cost of agreement.
Assignment of Services. The Grid User may assign or transfer any or all of the Transmission Services it has subscribed for under this Agreement if the conditions set out in attachment B of the Access Code for Transmission are met.
Assignment of Services. It is understood the Contractor shall not assign or subcontract the services in this Agreement without the written consent of MCC, and subject to MCC’s approval of said subcontractor’s expertise to complete the assigned portion of the services.
Assignment of Services. CenturyLink may issue Services to Supplier pursuant to an order. Orders must describe: (a) the Services to be performed by Supplier in connection with a Project, (b) the method by which Supplier will be compensated: (i) Fixed Price or (ii) Not to Exceed Price, as applicable, (c) the Completion Date, (d) the Site, and (e) the Construction Documents. If Supplier is willing to perform the Project, Supplier will sign the order and deliver it to CenturyLink within five (5) working days after receipt of the order from CenturyLink. The fully executed order, together with the Agreement and any Change Orders, governs the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the Project.

Assignment of Services. In light of the unique services and performance to be rendered by the parties hereunder, neither this agreement nor any rights or obligations hereunder may be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.

Assignment of Services. CenturyLink may issue Services to Supplier pursuant to a written or electronic Authorizing Document. Despite any contrary statements in the Procurement Standard Terms and Conditions, if Supplier is willing to perform the Project, Supplier will execute the Authorizing Document and deliver the properly executed Authorizing Document to CenturyLink within five (5) working days after receipt from CenturyLink. The fully executed Authorizing Document, together with the Agreement and any Change Orders, governs the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the Project.
Assignment of Services personal professional services are required with respect to the Services to be rendered hereunder and any substitution, assignment or delegation of Services by is subject to the prior written approval of the 11th Circuit.
