Common use of Application of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Application of Supplemental Indenture. Each and every term and condition contained in this Supplemental Indenture that modifies, amends or supplements the terms and conditions of the Original Indenture shall apply only to the Notes created by this Supplemental Indenture and not to any past or future series of Securities established under the Original Indenture. Except as specifically amended and supplemented by, or to the extent inconsistent with, this Supplemental Indenture, the Original Indenture shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.
