  • TERMS OF PAYMENT 16.1 The Supplier shall request for payment by submitting invoice(s), delivery note(s) and any other relevant documents as specified in the SCC to the Procuring Entity.

  • Condition of Payment All services provided by the Contractor under this Contract must be performed to the State’s reasonable satisfaction, as determined at the discretion of the undersigned State representative and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
