Alternative Arrangements Requiring Immediate Termination. If Silver Fern Farms, acting reasonably, requires the Services to be supplied during the period affected by a Force Majeure, then notwithstanding clause 16.4, Silver Fern Farms may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving notice in writing to the Supplier.
