All Prior Agreements Superseded. (a) This document incorporates and includes all prior negotiations, correspondence, conversations, agreements, or understandings applicable to the matters contained herein, and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements, or understandings concerning the subject matter of this Agreement that are not contained in this document. Accordingly, it is agreed that no deviation from the terms hereof shall be predicated upon any prior representations or Agreements whether oral or written.

This contract represents the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and all previous agreements, discussions, communications and correspondence with respect to the subject matter are hereby superseded and are of no further force and effect.
All Prior Agreements Superseded. 38.01 This document incorporates and includes all prior negotiations, correspondence, conversations, agreements, contracts and understandings applicable to the matters contained in this AGREEMENT and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements, contracts or understandings concerning the subject matter of this AGREEMENT that are not contained in this document. Accordingly, it is agreed that no deviation from the terms of this AGREEMENT shall be predicated upon any prior representations, agreements, or contracts, whether oral or written.

This document supersedes and replaces the Original Agreement (except that any liabilities accrued under the Original Agreement shall survive execution of this Agreement); and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements, or understandings concerning the subject matter of this Agreement that are not contained in this document. Accordingly, the parties agree that no deviation from the terms hereof shall be predicated upon any prior representations or agreements whether oral or written.

This document incorporates and includes all prior negotiations, correspondence, conversations, agreements, or understandings applicable to the matters contained herein, and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements, or understandings concerning the subject matter of this Agreement that are not contained in this document. Accordingly, it is agreed that no deviation from the terms hereof shall be predicated upon any prior representations or Agreements whether oral or written. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any obligations that survive the expiration or termination of the Cares Act Funding Program Agreement for Covid-19 Screening Tests between the Parties, including the obligation of the County to pay SHHS, shall remain obligations of the Parties. It is further agreed that no modification, amendment, or alteration in the terms and conditions contained herein shall be effective unless contained in a written document executed with the same formality and of equal dignity herewith.
All Prior Agreements Superseded. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no other agreement, statement or promise related to the subject matter of this Agreement which is not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding.
All Prior Agreements Superseded. The Parties agree that this Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties as to the subject matter contained herein, and that there are no promises or understandings between the Parties other than those stated herein. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, contracts, proposals, representations, negotiations, letters or other communications between the City and the County pertaining to the matters stated herein, whether written or oral. Without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, this Agreement specifically supersedes and replaces the Prior Interlocal Agreement.
All Prior Agreements Superseded. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the employment of Employee by Employer, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements between Employer and Employee relating to the subject matter hereof, including, without limitation the Existing Agreement.
