Common use of All Consents and Approvals Clause in Contracts

All Consents and Approvals. All consents, approvals, permits, authorizations or filings as may be required under Securities Laws necessary for: (i) the execution and delivery of this Agreement, (ii) the issuance, sale and delivery of the Offered Shares, and (iii) the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, have been made or obtained, as applicable, other than certain filings required to be submitted within the applicable time frame pursuant to applicable Securities Laws.
