ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. Except as authorized by law, Contractor shall not request or receive advance payment for any Goods and/or Services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Master Contract.
ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. No advance payment will be made for services furnished by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract.

Notwithstanding the above, maintenance payments, if any, may be made on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each quarter. This language shall not prohibit Contractor from collecting advance payments from program participants as part of offender-funded programs, when contracted to do so with a Purchaser/Participating Entity.
ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. Except as authorized by law, Contractor shall not request or receive advance payment for any Ammunition furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. No advance payment shall be made for Products or Services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Contract, with the exception of allowable subscriptions, in which case CTS may prepay up to twelve months for such subscription.

If mutually agreed with Purchaser, Contractor may invoice the Purchaser in advance for up to, but not more than a one- year period for maintenance services.
ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. HCA shall not make any advance payment for services furnished by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. No advance payment shall be made for the Products and Services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Contract. All payments are predicated upon DOL first receiving a proper and accurate invoice.
