Additional Representatives. Each party to this Agreement shall have the right to have the assistance of a representative when dealing or negotiating with the other party.
Additional Representatives. The Authority will pay five (5) employees designated by the Union at the specialist rate of pay for a maximum of forty-four (44) hours per week to perform work on grievances, health and safety and/or other labor management issues. These employees will be released full-time to perform this work and will report to the Union. These employees shall be entitled to benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will submit weekly time sheets to the Chief Labor Relations Officer on a weekly basis.
Additional Representatives. If the parties, after full discussion, feel the need for aid in arriving at a solution, they may by agreement invite such additional Management or Union representatives or witnesses from the Plant as may be necessary and available to participate in further discussion, but such additional representatives shall not relieve the local participants from responsibility to arrive at a solution of the complaint.

The foregoing provision regarding the abolishment of the ARC Committees and creation of the five new positions shall cover jointly all three divisions of the Authority represented by Local 234 (CTD, Frontier and Victory).
Additional Representatives. In the event that more than one (1) service representative is required for any reason, the charges for each additional service representative shall be made all as set forth above.
Additional Representatives. (a) By execution hereof, each of the indersigned hereby confirms that the securities of NET and TSI to be issued or delivered to him or it pursuant to this Agreement (the "Securities") will be acquired for investment for the undersigned's own account, not as a nominee or agent, and not with a view to the resale or distribution of any part thereof, and that each of the undersigned has no present intention of selling, granting any participation in, or otherwise distributing the same. By execution hereof, each of the undersigned further represents such undersigned does not have any contract, undertaking agreement or arrangement with any third party, with respect to any of the Securities.

At meetings in Step either the Company or the Union may be represented by, not to exceed two (2) additional persons of their own selection, excepting bargaining unit members. Witnesses and/or grievant may be called by mutual agreement. The Company will render a decision in writing within five (5) working days after the day on which the meeting was held, unless the time is extended by mutual agreement. With respect to the Company’s decision referenced in the foregoing paragraph, the Union will notify the Company of the Union’s intent to arbitrate the issue. Said notification is to be within ten calendar days of the Company’s decision regarding discharge issues and thirty (30) calendar days regarding other arbitrable issues. of If a grievance is filed in accordance with the preceding paragraphs, the grievance shall be discussed before representatives of Management and the Plant Committee. Any decision that may be decided of a lesser or greater nature shall be final and binding on all parties and shall not be retained as precedent for any other case. The Union may withdraw a grievance at any point in the grievance procedure, but the facts in the grievance cannot be used for another grievance by the same employee.
Additional Representatives. Where applicable, You may reassign Subscription Accounts from time to time to new Representatives who replace Your formerly designated Representatives; provided, however, You may not allow more than one individual Representative to use or otherwise share a single Subscription Account.
