Additional Powers and Duties. In addition to the foregoing especially enumerated duties and powers, the several officers of the Company shall perform such other duties and exercise such further powers as may be provided in this Agreement or as the Member, the Board of Directors, chairman or president may, from time to time, determine, or as may be assigned to them by any competent superior officer.

  • POWERS AND DUTIES OF CUSTODIAN As custodian, the Custodian shall have and perform the powers and duties set forth in this Article II.
