Accountability. The Local Entity shall maintain adequate accounting and employee activity records to reflect that all funding granted under this agreement have been expended for the Program activities, as approved by the State. As needed, the State will provide to the Grantee status reports indicating annual inspection reports received, temporary licenses received, the program fee schedule, and other program guidance.
