Common use of Accountability Clause in Contracts

Accountability. A. It is COMMISSION’s intent to contract with responsible entities. CONTRACTOR shall notify COMMISSION if CONTRACTOR is debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible by any federal, state or local funding agency. CONTRACTOR shall notify COMMISSION if CONTRACTOR’s license or certification, as applicable, has been revoked or suspended. CONTRACTOR shall notify COMMISSION within the (10) business days of receipt of notification that CONTRACTOR is subject to any proposed or pending debarment, suspension, indictments, termination or revocation of license or certificate.
