Accountability Relationships. 5.1 The Minister is accountable to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for the statutes that the Minister administers, including the Acts, has a legislative oversight role with respect to the Authority and has the responsibility to table the Authority’s annual reports to the Legislative Assembly.

  • AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS If permitted by applicable law, the Owner hereby consents to the Agent acting as a dual agent for the Owner and any tenant(s) or buyer(s) resulting in a real estate transaction.
